Opening Connections (hopen)

Practice questions on opening a connection to another q process with hopen, handle values, and connection timeouts. hopen also supports Unix domain sockets, TLS, and named pipes, and every connection passes through an authentication check (-u/-U, then .z.pw) before it's accepted.
